With a limited budget we have made the construction as simple and as cost effective as possible. At present there is insufficient head room within the shelter, therefore we have removed the existing concrete flat roof and erected a simple steel frame to create additional head room.
The new roofing and additional walling (created by raising the wall head) have been clad with corrugated iron to create a visual divide between old and new.
Windows have been positioned on both gables to allow morning and late afternoon sun into the space.
Render sought all necessary Council approvals as part of the project also.
