Having worked in the architecture industry for over 6 years, Blair has developed a passion for providing 3D computer generated images to help illustrate and convey concepts, ideas and environments to clients, potential investors, marketing and sales divisions and Planning Departments alike.

He has project experience ranging from residential extensions to one off speculative houses and also larger housing developments. Projects can be tailored to suit the individual needs of the client, with available services ranging from simple block models suitable for shadow studies to more detailed architectural interior/exterior visuals and photomontage images.

In addition, Render can also provide architectural services from initial sketch design proposals to the preparation of Planning, Listed Building Consent and Building Warrant applications.
